Appreciable Designs and Performance
The entire range of machines is built with 15mm vertical and horizontal ribs and wherever required, G3 Iron Stress is relieved and machined, scrapped with accuracy of 0.02mm. X, Y and Z movements are controlled by a lead screw. Spindle speed of 4000 to 12000 rpm with an achieved ratio of 1:1to 1:1.5 to1 10can be obtained by a 2D and 3D machine respectively. All Emmaus Mach Engraving Machines result in longer tool life, good edge finish and more rigidity. Low maintenance features included, thrust bearing and sealed ball bearings with dust proof covers wherever essential.
